Hier geht’s zur deutschen Version
Hello Together,
I don’t even really dare to ask how you’re doing, as I feel that most people are getting more and more tired, frustrated and sad and sometimes just are so sick and tired of hearing others, including me, say:
“Hey, look at the bright side. If you want things to change, you have to start with yourself. Other people are off far worse than you are….” And so on, and so on.
And, although I do feel like that, I thought I’d give you a break from this and rather put together a blog of photos I’ve taken in 2020 and that will hopefully bring a smile to your face and give you a break from what you usually see each day.
No advice, no stories, no smart quotes….I just take a deep breath, grab a coffee and I hope you enjoy this visual ride through 2020 🙂

17. Jan. 2021 – Der “schnoerkellose” Fotoblog
Hallo Zusammen,
Ich traue mich schon gar nicht mehr zu fragen, wie’s Euch geht, denn, ich habe so das Gefuehl, dass die Menschen immer frustrierter, trauriger und irgendwie “mueder” werden und es einfach so satt haben von Leuten (wie auch mir) staendig Dinge zu horen wie
“Hey, seht doch mal wie viel Gutes es noch im Leben gibt!
Wenn Ihr etwas aendern wollt, muesst Ihr bei Euch selbst anfangen!
Anderen Menschen geht es noch viel schlechter, als uns!” …und so weiter und so fort.
Und, obwohl ich zu diesen Aussagen stehe, dachte ich mir, dass ich Euch mal ‘ne wohlverdiente Pause goenne und mal nur einen Blog fertigmache, der aus Fotos besteht, die ich in 2020 aufgenommen habe und Euch hoffentlich einfach ein Laecheln ins Gesicht zaubert und Euren Alltag ein wenig aufhellt!
Also, heute gibt’s keine guten Ratschlaege, Geschichten oder schlaue Zitate…atmet tief durch, nehmt Euch ‘nen Kaeffchen und ich hoffe, Ihr geniesst einfach diese optische Reise durch 2020 🙂
Ich hoffe, dass Ihr etwas Spass hattet, bleibt gesund und lasst Euch vom Leben nicht unterkriegen 😉

Danke für diese tolle Galerie. Irgendwie hat mich das Bild mit dem Riss im Eis besonders angesprochen, das steht für mich als Parabel für “das Leben nach dem Virus…”. LG aus dem verschneiten Odenwald. SonjaM

vielen Dank fuer diesen tollen Vergleich was das “Eisrissfoto” angeht!!
Nicht nur Dein Eindruck davon hat mich zum Nachdenken angeregt, sondern es war auch ueberraschend, dass Du wusstest, dass es sich um
einen Riss im Eis handelt, denn die meisten Menschen koennen sich aus diesen “Rissfotos” keinen Reim machen und haben sowas noch nie gesehen.
Daher hat es mich besonders gefreut, dass Du das gleich gesehen hast 🙂
Ja, Schnee habt Ihr wirklich bekommen!! Davon traeumen wir hier….gestern Nacht hatten wir einen dicken Regensturm bei +11 Grad 😦 Es wird zwar wieder kaelter, aber, von Schnee ist keine Rede….wettermaessig ist das wirklich ungewoehntlich hier….aber, warum sollte das Wetter anders sein, als das alltaeglliche Leben 😉

These are so beautiful. You have an artist eye for detail and beauty. I remember that leaf with the raindrops, one of my favorites. I drew up a coloring page with that one. Just a simple drawing to color. I will have to figure out a way to scan it and send it to you. I think the snake with the rocks would also be a great coloring page to draw out. You are surrounded by so much beauty, thank you again, for sharing that with us. Stay safe and have a great week. Oh, and big hugs from us all over here in Arizona.

I remember you saying that you really liked the raindrop/leave photo and I’m sure you made something amazing when you created your colouring page!
Yes, we certainly are blessed with our surroundings and during these times I’m really grateful to live here although it can become really lonely at times too….but it’s a “good” loneliness and you can hear yourself “think”….I’m sure you know what I mean 😉

Peace and quiet is the best. Yes, a huge day for America and everything was peaceful so that was good. Never good when people fight with each other. I think this country needs a break from everything, it is frightening how fast things can turn ugly when no one gets along. Mostly that is just how they report on the news. People on my street are nice but we do get late night trouble makers on the weekends and being that this is such a huge city it can get mean sometimes with strangers out there. People get afraid and become distant I suppose. When people open up and speak to each other we all realize we are the same person and have wonderful things to share with each other…at least in the world I would like. Hugs back and stay safe too.

Die Fotos machen sprachlos!
WOW …!
Es stimmt schon, die aktuelle Situation ist für viele sicher sehr schwer, doch wo Schatten ist – ist immer auch Licht. Betrachten wir die ganze Situation einmal abseits, so sind auch viele gute Seiten zu entdecken:
zB weniger Pendeln – mehr Zeit für die Familie dank Homeoffice
mehr schätzen zu lernen, was da ist
wieder mehr Zugang zur Natur
und bei mir zB – ich bin vor über einem Monat aus der Großstadt aufs Land übersiedelt, wo vom Lockdown nicht viel zu merken ist – 5 Minuten vom Wald weg im Gegensatz zu früher mit langer Fahrzeit …
Natürlich gibt es auch den Schatten, aber das wird alles vorbei gehen und irgendwann werden wir uns über die guten Dinge die geblieben sind freuen.
Manche sagen, die Menschheit stünde nahe vor dem Wassermannzeitalter und würde durch dunkle Tage gehen um dann klar und “menschlicher” daraus hervorzutreten. Vielleicht ist es genau das jetzt – wer weiß?
Ich danke dir für die wunderschönen Bilder – sie laden so sehr zum Träumen ein …

Freut mich, dass Ihr umgezogen und nun definitiv mehr das Leben das Ihr gesucht, nun auch gefunden habt.
Das es bestimmt auch ein paar Schattenseiten gibt, glaube ich Dir gern, aber, ich hoffe, dass das Positive, das Negative uebertrifft!!
Ich werde auf Dich auf jedenfall noch einmal wegen des Emmybuchs zukommen, aber, davon spaeter dann die Fragen auf Deinem Blog, aber, Danke auf jedenfall erstmal fuer Dein liebes Angebot !!

ja – du siehst es richtig bei mir 🙂
darum auch der Wunsch von der Stadt aufs Land, wo die Dinge noch etwas beschaulicher sind 🙂
also Schattenseiten konnte ich bisher noch keine finden … aber wennst ein Landkind bist, dann ist es wohl “vorprogrammiert” … *tihi*
Seh ich mich um, dann ja – viele tragen derzeit Schatten mich sich herum.
